Athletes who are with us from the beginning develop the necessary skills and confidence to succeed at their next level.
Our youngest players (PK and K) are often brand new to the game. Having fun and building confidence is paramount at this level, thus, no gear is required for our littlest laxers - just the player, a stick and a ball. Getting a feel for the stick and developing key lacrosse movements without the restrictions of cumbersome equipment is essential for early confidence and skill-building.
Quality reps make all the difference when developing any skill. Our players receive instruction in small groups to ensure they get lots of time with the ball in their sticks and repeated practice of individual skills and team-based concepts in each session. Our coaches provide constant feedback so all players improve with each rep.
Lax Factory athletes are proven to achieve success at the next level, whether it be town or club lacrosse. Players who start at the Factory are noticeably more skilled and confident when their next chapter of the game comes around. They are first in line for drills, volunteer to showcase proper form or technique, and emerge as leaders on their respective teams. Factory Made, Field Proven.
Why We’re Here
The Lax Factory was founded on the principle that lacrosse should be fun, simply put. Any sport is more fun when players can achieve early success. Lacrosse is one of the hardest sports to get “good” at, especially for young athletes. Our programs offer small-group instruction at a high pace, with lots of quality touches so players can build skill quickly and develop fundamental skills that will take their game to the next level.
We also understand kids. Keith Radcliffe, founder of the Lax Factory, is a former First Grade teacher and serves as the Master Coach for Kindergarten - 2nd Grade boys at Greenwich Youth Lacrosse, the largest youth lacrosse organization in America. Keith and his team know how to break things down in ways that are accessible for our youngest players. Most importantly, they know how to make the game fun - even when it’s hard.
Summer Series
Our Summer Series is comprised of six one-hour sessions on Sunday mornings during June and July. The program is open to boys and girls, entering Grades K-2 in fall of 2026. All sessions take place at the Greenwich Country Day School Stanwich Road campus (257 Stanwich Rd) from 9am to 10am. No equipment required for players entering Kindergarten who have no lacrosse experience.

Interested in private or small group instruction outside of our existing programming? We work with athletes entering K all the way up through high school. For semi-private lessons, our maximum is 8 players.
